Dear MRtrix3 team,
I acquired several group of data on the same type of MRI scanner in different site and I want to do a reproducibility test.
In MTMS CSD, fixel based AFD can be computed. Is this measure fit for ROI analysis of reproducibility? And are there any other voxel based measures can be derived?
I learned that a few preprocessing steps are needed before estimation of AFD. If HCP preprocessing pipeline has been completed, what other steps are needed?
