When taking the mean of a tract using tcksample [...] -stat_tck mean, should the tract extremities be trimmed? Can a “trimmed” or “weighted” mean be calculated, or is this automatically accounted for?
(Question was spawned from my experience with tracula and the preference for using weighted averages over “raw” averages. I was curious if this would be applicable with tcksample)
