Hi,
I am a PhD student from University of Genoa, Italy, and I attended the MRtrix workshop in Antwerp in September. I am writing to you since I am currently working on spinal cord images of pediatric patients and I need to analyse them with DKI. Images seem to be quite noisy. I would like to know whether any MRtrix algorithm exist in order to enhance these images or if you know about any other toolbox. Any suggestion is useful!
