- Artifact correction
- Response function estimation
- Multi-Shell Multi-Tissue Constrained Spherical Deconvolution (MSMT-CSD)
- Anatomically-Constrained Tractography (ACT)
- Spherical-deconvolution Informed Filtering of Tractograms (SIFT)
- Structural connectome construction
