I used TractSeg to extract a fixel mask for my tract of interest, and when examining the resulting t-value map, I was uncertain which value should be interpreted as the actual “t value,” given that the map is presented on a colour scale ranging from negative to positive values. I apologise if this is a simple question; I just want to make sure I am interpreting the output appropriately.
