Dear experts
When I tried to use tckmap with the vox option and feeding the desired size, I get a nii file with “nan” values that seems to be voided when I try to open in mrview. When I do it with mif extension and I try to open in mrview, I get the following error message:
[ERROR] Impermissible negative value present in sequence “-9223372036854775808,-9223372036854775808,-9223372036854775808”
mrview: [ERROR] can’t parse integer sequence specifier “-9223372036854775808,-9223372036854775808,-9223372036854775808”
Using template option works great… I have first generation M1 silicon valley computer and the last update of MrTrix
