Hi,
I would like to find a way to compare two streamline tractography generated with tckgen. One regards the test session of a subject and the other regards to restest session. In order to test the test-retest reproducibility, could anyone give me a suggestion? It would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

              Hi @arman.bordbar,
There’s no “standard” way to do such a thing; useful ideas may be:
- Use tckmapto generate a TDI or TOD, and compare those between sessions. This essentially brings the problem back to the image domain, so you don’t have to worry about how to deal with tractograms in this context.
- Generate a connectome to compare “connectivity” aspects of your tractograms between sessions. The above tckmapapproach only looks at the local presence and density of tracks, and loses long distance (connectivity) aspects; so looking at a connectome may provide complementary information on test-retest reproducibility of different aspects of a tractogram.
Hope these ideas may get you started…
Cheers,
Thijs

Thanks so much @Thijs for your suggestions.
I will try them.
