I was trying to make a 4mm extension for the endpoints of streamlines not assigned to any nodes. For this, I am using tck2connectome with this option -assignment_radial_search radius. So, I was wondering whether the unassigned streamlines are kept or not in connectivity matrix after applying this rule.
