Hi there everyone. @rsmith I was hoping you could weigh in on this as well.
I have been looking at tracts generated in ACT which initiate and terminate on the same node. I have noticed that some of these tracts appear to pass through the grey matter from one side of the parcel to the other, forming a tract without any curves.
Does it look like an artifact from mrview displaying the tracts?
It appears to be happening for different nodes of both the DK and HCP parcellation schemes.
