I see transformconvert has options for ITK snap and FSL, but has anyone tried with AFNI outputs? From some digging, the output format is RAI coordinates and translations are every 4th number (Re: Convert affine transformation for ANTS). An example file would be,
example_composite_linear_to_template.1D
1.06722 -0.000720584 -0.0220867 -0.106243
-0.011242 1.05456 0.0169372 1.99618
0.0116224 -0.00302163 1.0461 -15.7196
For those with experience, could I apply either the ITK snap or FSL flags to achieve the same MRTrix compatible results?
