Dear MRtrix3 Team,
I have a test.mif file containing fixel data in template space. The template-space image has dimenions of 486789 * 1 * 1 and a voxel size of 1.25 *1.25 * 1.25. The original native space DWI dimensions are 156 *136 *110.
Is there any way in MRtrix3 to transform this fixel data from template space back into each subjects native space? If so, could you suggest the appropriate commands or the workflow.
