I’m trying to run eddy_cuda on an HPC cluster, but unfortunately I’m having some trouble with the CUDA drivers. Have you ever come across anything similar?
I tried running it with different versions of CUDA (i have always used an fsl 6.0.7.8 container), but it didn’t work. Currently, we have CUDA 12.8.
