Quite newer to the neuro world and have a few questions. I had GQI streamlines for infant brains for my ROIs and then model-tensor dwi maps all done through DSI studio. I then used tcksample to extract mean FAs, MDs, RDs, and ADs. I’m just having a bit of trouble understanding the output metrics for all of them because when comparing them to literature, I’m just lost haha. If anyone can help me out and/or provide literature to use as a good comparison I’d be so grateful.
