I am building a preprocessing pipeline with upscaling DWI data, and I am introducing denoise and degibbs.
I figured that upscaling the data before the denoise operation is not a good idea (the residuals look off).
But upscaling before degibs seems fine.
I am a little unsure though, because gibs artefacts are related to the sampling grid.
Suggestions?
