Using gradient non-linearity information

Dear MRTrix3 developers,

Are there plans to incorporate gradient non-linearity information (e.g. shipped with HCP data) in your CSD and/or tensor estimation? I admit I haven’t scavenged through all the documentation of MRTrix3 and apologize upfront if the answer is already there.

There’s nothing currently, unfortunately. It’s not trivial to account for it using standard CSD. We have talked about doing something about it, but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it ‘a plan’… We might do something about it over the next year or two, but I wouldn’t hold out for it…
