Which citations should I use

Hello MRtrix3 Forum, for our study I used preprocessing functions of MRtrix3 (dwibiascorrect, dsifslpreproc, mrdegibbs, dwidenoise…).

Are there any specific citations for those functions or is using this

citation enough?

I think for dwifslpreproc, I should give citation for FSL but I want to be sure about it.

The help page of each command lists relevant papers (typically at the bottom of the help page). Read it carefully because not all papers apply to all use cases.

Just asking to be sure,

for example, for dwifslpreproc I think first 2 reference is obligatory but others are optional if you used that feature. correct me if im wrong

I am asking because some journals have reference limit and by MRtrix3 I have 11 references.

Should I give reference for everything, because I have not published any article by using MRtrix3 before
