When I view dwi volume using mrview, I found some parts of the volume were cut off. In the attached figure, you can see the volume is intact when it was displayed in FSLview in nii format(Left), but after I convert it into mif format and displayed it using mrview(Right), a part of the volume was missing(frontal pole). Does MRtrix really crop the volume? or just a display problem?
That’s just a display issue. Try zooming out (in view menu, or Ctrl+mouse scroll), or panning the image around (middle mouse button and drag, or click the ‘move’ button on the menubar and left-click & drag).
