Hey all, I completed steps for the whole brain FBA following this tutorial: Fibre density and cross-section - Multi-tissue CSD — MRtrix3 3.0 documentation
While running fixelcfestats I get this warning which I am unsure about, could it mean there were some issues in the previous steps perhaps? Is this an issue?
