Gradient nonlinearity correction for WU-Minn HCP

Hi guys!

I have downloaded some infant DTI scans from WU-Minn HCP. The data is completely unprocessed and includes a gradient deviation file. Has MRtrix a way of applying this kind of gradient nonlinearity correction? If not, any recommendation?

Funny that, @nadluru just asked the same question…

Short answer: there’s no way to do this within MRtrix3 currently. May be possible in future if we find time to look into it, it’s not trivial given how CSD works…
