Dear MRtrix Users,
I want to calculate the volume of a fiber bundle in each hemisphere apart, is it possible to do that with mrtrix? and how ?
I will appreciate any help, and any ideas.

Hi Abir,
It seems to me that the bundle in each hemispshere can be reconstructed and quantified entirely in isolation from one another as per previous instructions (threads: 1 2), at which point the comparison of volumes between hemispheres is entirely up to interpretation. So Iām not sure if there is some other aspect of the question that is being missed.
