It seems to me that the bundle in each hemispshere can be reconstructed and quantified entirely in isolation from one another as per previous instructions (threads: 1 2), at which point the comparison of volumes between hemispheres is entirely up to interpretation. So I’m not sure if there is some other aspect of the question that is being missed.
